    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that the following personnel recommendations be approved:

    • Approve supplemental contracts of certificated personnel.
    • Approve stipend contracts of certificated personnel.
    • Approve mileage allowance for certificated personnel.
    • Approve employment of part-time classified personnel.
    • Approve employment of substitute part-time classified personnel.
    • Approve employment of Adult Education instructors.

    17. ACCEPT GRANTS

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that grants, as listed, be accepted:

    • Carl D. Perkins - $306,371.59
    • Improving Teacher Quality - $2,752
    • High Schools That Work - $4,000

    18. ADOPT RESOLUTION OF SUPPORT FOR PARTNER SCHOOL TAX LEVIES

    19. APPROVE REVISION TO JOB DESCRIPTION

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that revisions to following job description be approved:

    • Maintenance Technician Assistant

    20. ACCEPT DONATIONS
    Mr. Douglas Theaker, Board Vice President

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that the following donations be accepted:

    • ArcelorMittal, Matt Smedley, Shelby; generous donation of approximately 2840 pounds of steel plate and pipe.  This donation will be used for educational purposes in our High School and Adult Education Welding Career Technical programs.
    • Mid-Ohio Pipeline Services, John Bercaw, Lexington, OH; generous donation of pipe fixture stand with an approximate value of $600. This pipe fixture stand will be used for educational purposes in our Welding Career Technical program.
    • Michelle Bommarito, Ferndale, MI; generous donation of seven (7) small fondants, seven (7) large fondants, and one airbrush gun station with an approximate value of $594.  These items will be used for educational purposes in our Culinary Arts Career Technical program.
    • Walmart #1539, Todd, Store Mgr.; Mansfield; generous donation of 5 large boxes of miscellaneous hardware and fasteners.  These items will be used for educational purposes in our Home Remodeling Career Technical program.
    • Walmart #2613, Angie Sloan, Store Mgr, Bucyrus; generous donation of miscellaneous hardware and fasteners valued at approximately $1,135.  These items will be used for educational purposes in our Carpentry Career Technical program.

    21. APPROVE STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITIVE EVENTS
