    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that we enter into Executive Session for the purpose of discussion of employment of the Superintendent and Treasurer.

    Recommendation of Supeirntendent Glenna R. Cannon that the following personnel recommendations be approved:

    • Approve employment of administrative personnel.
    • Approve stipend contract for administrative personnel.
    • Approve retirement resignation of certificated personnel.
    • Approve stipend contracts for certificated personnel.
    • Approve employment of substitute instructors.
    • Approve employment of part-time classified staff.
    • Approve employment of substitute classified staff.

    21. APPROVE ANNUAL RALPH PHILLIPS BUSINESS PARTNER OF THE YEAR DINNER

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that expenses for Pioneer Board members, administrators and representatives to attend the Pioneer Career and Technology Center's Annual Ralph Phillips Business Partner of the Year Dinner meeting, Tuesday, March 4, 2014 in accordance with Section 3315.15 ORC, be approved.


    22. APPROVE ANNUAL BOARD MEMBER/ADMINISTRATOR DINNER

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that expenses for Pioneer Board members, administrators and representatives to attend the Pioneer Career and Technology Center's Annual All Board Member/Administrators Dinner meeting, Wednesday, April 2, 2014, in accordance with section 3315.15 ORC, be approved.


    23. APPROVE APPOINTMENT OF RICHLAND COUNTY TAX INCENTIVE REVIEW COUNCIL

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that Douglas Theaker be appointed to serve as the Pioneer representative on the Richland County Tax incentive Review council for 2014.


    24. ADOPT THE HIGH SCHOOL, ADULT EDUCATION CALENDARS AND EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION CALENDAR WITH FEE SCHEDULE FOR 2014-2015

    25. ACCEPT DONATIONS

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that the following donations be accepted:

    • Shelby Welded Tube, Shelby; & RH Phillips Equipment Leasing, Shelby; generous donation 1,200 pounds of various sizes of galvanized and steel tubing to be used for educational uses in our high school and adult education Welding classes.

    26. APPROVE STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITIVE EVENTS

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that the following students be approved for student participation in competitive events:

    • DECA District 3 & State Career Development Conference - Bucyrus HS Media Communications and Marketing classes
    • FCCLA Regional Competition - Bucyrus HS FCCLA, Crestline HS FCCLA, Shelby HS & MS FCCLA
    • Sub District Public Speaking Contest - Lucas HS Vo-Ag
