    20. ADOPT USE OF OHIO PRINCIPAL'S EVALUATION SYSTEM AND APPROVE EVALUATORS

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon the Ohio Principal's Evaluation System be adopted for use of evaluation of Administrators with Glenna R. Cannon as the Evaluator.


    21. APPROVE CHANGES TO JOB DESCRIPTION

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that the changes be approved to the following job description.

    • Library/Media/Career Development Aide

    22. APPROVE CONTRACT FOR NURSING SERVICES WITH THE MANSFIELD/ONTARIO/RICHLAND COUNTY HEALTH DEPT.

    23. APPROVE LOCAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE

    24. APPROVE LIABILITY, FLEET AND PROPERTY INSURANCE COVERAGE

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that the following donations be accepted:

    • Maxine Bachrach, Plymouth; generous monetary donation of $500 towards the Bachrach Scholarship awarded annually to a Pioneer senior.
    • Chris Bibbs, Buckeye Central HS, New Washington; generous donation of wheel chair lift for school buses to be used educational training for students in our Industrial Diesel Career Technical program.
    • Tina Hurst, Crestline; generous monetary donation of $25 to the Pioneer Work Ethic Fund.  These monies are used to benefit the Pioneer studenty body through the Work Ethic program.
    • Joyce Leimbach, Sandusky; generous monetary donation of $500 towards the Gale J. Leimbach scholarship awarded annually to a Pioneer senior.
    • Sue Salyers, Zephyrhills, FL; generous donation of Girl Positive and Firelight movies to the Schuman Learning Center with an approximate value of $30; and Vidal Sassoon; Sally's Salon Game/DVD; ABC Cutting Hair the Sassoon Way Book/DVD set and Milady's Standard Cosmetology DVD set with an estimated value of $1,500 to the Cosmetology Career Technical program.

    26. APPROVE STUDENT PARTICIPATION

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that the following student participation be approved:

    Skills USA Leadership Camp, Hocking Hills College, Nelsonville, July 15-19, 2013

    STUDENTS:  Paul Burton, CAD Technician, Crestline HS; Emile Campbell, Criminal Justice, Ontario HS; Michael Miller, Welding, Willard HS; Tyler Quibel, Carpentry, Northmor HS; and Kelsey Saum, Graphic Arts, Crestline HS.  CHAPERONES:  Katie Eichorn and Jim Calhoon.
