Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following personnel recommendations be approved:

• Approve employment of Administrative personnel.
• Approve supplmental contracts of Certificated personnel.
• Approve stipend contracts of Certificated personnel.
• Approve employment of Substitute Certificated Personnel
• Approve employment of Substitute Classified Personnel
• Approve employment of Adult Education instructors.
• Approve mileage allowance of Adult Education instructor.
• Approve employment of Student Workers.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that  additional grant monies, as listed below, be accepted:

• Carl D. Perkins Grant -  $11,578.71

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the Calendars for 2016-2017 High School, Adult Education and Early Childhood Education Preschool and fee schedule be approved.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the Emergency Operations Plan be approved.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following donations be accepted:

• ArcelorMittal, Shelby, OH; generous donation of 1,890 pounds of steel plate.  This generous donation will be used for welding practice in our Welding Career Technical program for both high school and adult education students.
• BP Electric, Jenn Poth, Lexington; generous monetary donation of $590 to BPA fund.  This generous donation will help with student costs to attend the 2016 BPA State Leadership Conference in Columbus, OH.
• Cindy Bodkin, Shelby; generous monetary donation of $50 to HOSA fund.  This generous donation will help with student costs to attend the 2016 HOSA State Leadership Conference.
• Dzugan Real Estate Services, Joe & Gretchen Dzugan; generous monetary donation of $500.  This generous donation will be used towards the purchase of the t-shirts for Pioneer's Community Day of Service.
• Eitle Machine, George Paez & Jerry Eitle, Attica; generous donation of a mix of steel with a value of $2,235.  This steel will be used for educational purposes in our Welding and Precision Machining Technologies Career Technical programs.
• Gorman-Rupp Company, Mansfield, OH; generous donation of 3,300 pounds of stainless steel, aluminum and carbon steel sheet metal.  This generous donation will be used for welding practice for our students in our Welding and Precision Machining Technologies Career Technical high school and adult education programs.
• Robert & Cathy Hartwell, Ashland; generous monetary donation of $25 for the Robert Janca Scholarship fund.  This donation will be used for annual scholarship awarded to a Pioneer senior.
• Jones Potato Chip Co, Mansfield, OH; generous monetary donation of $500. This generous donation will be put towards the purchase of the t-shirts for Pioneer's Community Day of Service.
• Lowe's Co., Inc., Ken Kaiser, Store Mgr & Deana Mansperger, RTM Clerk, Mansfield; generous donation of interior and exterior door panels with an approximate value of $1,500.  These door panels will be used for educational purposes in our construction programs.
• Target, Take Charge of Education, Minneapolis, MN; generous monetary donation of $56.06. This donation will be deposited into the Principal's fund and used for various student activities.
• Wells Fargo Matching Gifts Program, St. Paul, MN; generous monetary donation of $70.  This generous monetary donation will be deposited into the Pioneer Alumni fund which is used for annual student scholarships.
• Jolene & Kevin Young, Lexington; generous monetary donation of $30 to the Robert Janca Scholarship fund.  This donation will be used for annual scholarship awarded to a Pioneer senior.
