Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following cafeteria breakfast and lunch costs for the 2026-27 school year be approved:

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that Pioneer CTC will participate in the National School Lunch and Breakfast Programfor the 2026-2027 school year.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the Nutrition Standards from the National School Lunch and Breakfast Program be approved for the 2026-2027 school year.

Approve Addendum to the Career Coach Agreement with Ontario
Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the addendum to the Career Coach agreement with Ontario to add 360 additional hours be approved.

Approve Adult Education 2027 LPN Student Handbook
Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the 2027 Adult Education LPN Student Handbook be approved.

Approve Advertising Proposal from OH-Report for the 2026-2027 school year
Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the advertising proposal with OH-Report be approved.

Accept Donations
Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following donations be accepted:
- Generous monetary donations to be deposited into the Rene' Burtscher Scholarship Fund - See attached list.
- Anonymous; generous monetary donation of $1,305 to the First Responder Lab
- Chief Randy Washburn & Franklin Twp. Trustees, Franklin Twp. Volunteer Fire Department, Shelby; generous donation of items totaling approximately $1,250 to be used in the First Responder Lab
- Sherri Massie, Gorman-Rupp Company, Mansfield; generous monetary donation of $350 to be used for student activities
- Sandee Riggs, Millersport; generous monetary donation of $133.92 to be used for the Graphic Arts Lab
- Crestline Bulldog Backers, Crestline; generous donation of $1,200 in prepaid gift cards to be used for the Crestline FCCLA trip to National Competition.
- Dzugan Realty, Crestline; generous donation of $250 in prepaid gift cards to be used for the Crestline FCCLA trip to National Competition.
- Jackie Berger, Crestline; generous monetary donation of $200 to be deposited and used for the Crestline FCCLA trip to National Competition
- Donation of $14,213.66 from the Rene Burtscher Scholarship Golf Outing to the Rene Burtscher Scholarship Fund

- Approve conference period pay for certificated personnel.
- Approve supplemental contracts for certificated personnel.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the 2026-2027 Board Goals be adopted.

APPROVE ATTENDANCE INTERVENTION PLAN
Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the Attendance Intervention Plan be approved.
17.
APPROVE MOU WITH WYNFORD SCHOOLS FOR A CAREER-TECHNICAL CAREER-EXPLORATION COURSE(S)
18.
APPROVE CHANGE ORDER FOR PAVING PROJECT CONTRACT PRICE
Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the Change Order for the contract price of the Paving project with Mc.B Paving, LLC be approved.
19.
ADOPT RESOLUTION TO PURCHASE SCHOOL BUS
Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the Resolution 09-26 be adopted to purchase a school bus as a single source procurement.
20.
APPROVE RESOLUTION 11-26 IN APPRECIATION OF DONATION FROM UNOH
Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that Resolution 11-26 in appreciation of the generous donation from The University of Northwestern Ohio (UNOH) be approved.
