Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following personnel recommendations be approved:

• Approve supplemental contracts of Certificated personnel.
• Approve stipend contracts of Certificated personnel.
• Approve employment of substitute instructor
• Approve employment of Adult Education instructors
• Approve employment of Substitute Classified personnel.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the meeting date for the January Board of Education Organizational and Regular meetings be changed to Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at 7pm in the Pioneer Career and Technology Center Board of Education Conference Room; in accordance with ORC 3313.14.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that Resolution be adopted.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the attached Memorandum of Understanding between the Pioneer Career & Technology Center Board of Education and the Bucyrus City Schools Board of Education for the purposes of offering Adult Diploma Program Classes and Adult Education Classes be approved.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following grant be accepted:

• ACS Science Coach Grant - $500
• GRADS Kids Fair - Fun with Fitness Grant; Richland Foundation - $315

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. NIckoli that the following donations be accepted:

• Donations to the Pioneer Penguin.  This fund is used to help students in need during the Holiday Season.  Donations for this fund were received as follows:
