Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following personnel recommendations be approved:

• Accept resignation of Certificated personnel.
• Approve Salary adjustments of Certificated personnel.
• Approve Continuing contracts of Certificated personnel.
• Approve Conference Period pay for Certificated personnel.
• Approve voluntary transfer of Certificated personnel.
• Approve Supplemental Contracts for Certificated personnel.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that Career Technical Programs be moved to Courses per the directives of the Ohio Department of Education as outlined on attached document.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. NIckoli that the following courses be approved as College Credit Plus (CCP) courses for the 2015-2016 school year:

North Central State College - 

• ITEC1820 HTML and CSS
• ITEC2810 Visual Basic NET Programming

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. NIckoli that the attached Sparc/U-CAN Advisor Agreement of Services contract be approved.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that approval of membership in Shelby Area Kiwanis be approved with annual dues of $100.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. NIckoli that the following donations be accepted:

• Albright, Dino Perrella, Wooster, OH; generous donation of condiments with a value of $27.75 for the Career-Tech Student Organization cookout.
• Dawn Wright, Wells Fargo Matching Gifts Program, St. Paul, MN; generous monetary donation of  $60.  This generous donation will be deposited in the Alumni fund which is used for annual student scholarships.
• Galloway Brothers, Doug Galloway, Sandusky; generous donation of hotdog buns with a value of $70 for use for the Career-Tech Student Organization cookout.
• Gorman Rupp Co., 600 S. Airport Rd., Mansfield; generous monetary dontation of $350.  This generous donation will be deposted in the Principal's fund and used for student activities.
• OE Myers, Todd Garver, Galion; generous donation of hot dogs and chips with a value of $261 for the Career-Tech Student Organization cookout.
• Tramec-Sloan, Carolina Hartsockm, Galion; generous donation of bottle water with a value of $89 for the Career-Tech Student Organization cookout.
