    15. APPROVE PERSONNEL RECOMMENDATIONS
    Mr. Howard Koons, Board President

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following personnel recommendations be approved:

    • Approve employment of Administrative personnel.
    • Approve maternity leave of Certificated personnel.
    • Approve stipend contracts for Certificated personnel.
    • Approve Substitute instructors.
    • Approve employment of Adult Education instructors

    17. ACCEPT ADDITIONAL GRANT MONIES

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that additional grant monies, as listed below, be accepted:

    • Improving Teacher Quality Grant - $349.75
    • Carl D. Perkins Grant - $8,875.92

    18. ADOPT 2015-2016 HIGH SCHOOL, ADULT EDUCATION AND EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION CALENDARS

    Recommendation that the Calendars for 2015-2016 for the High School, Adult Education and Early Childhood Education Preschool and fee schedule be approved.


    19. ACCEPT DONATIONS

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli tha tthe following donations be accepted:

    • Tamara Blair, Lexington; generous monetary donation of $50 .  This donation will be submitted to Special Olympics from the BPA Winter Conference.
    • Gorman Rupp Company, Mansfield; generous monetary donation of $350.  This monetary donation will be deposited to the Principal's fund and will be used for student activities.
    • Teresa Harris, Galion; generous monetary donation of $10.  This donation will be submitted to Special Olympics from the BPA Winter Conference.
    • Hess Industries, Mansfield; generous monetary donation of $500.  This donation will be used for the Precision Machining Technologies trailer.
    • Lorie Kelbley, Plymouth; generous monetary donation of $10. This donation will be submitted to Special Olympics from the BPA Winter Conference.
    • Dena Kirby; Crestline; generous monetary donation of $300 to the Robert Janca Scholarship fund.  This generous donation will be used to award scholarship(s) to a Pioneer senior at our annual awards night.
    • Donna Massey, Bucyrus; generous monetary donation of $10.  This donation will be submitted to Special Olympics from the BPA Winter Conference.
    • Cindy Sheffer, Galion; generous monetary donation of $10.  This donation will be submitted to Special Olympics from the BPA Winter Conference.
    • Melissa Spayde, Willard; generous monetary donation of $25.  This donation will be submitted to Special Olympics from the BPA Winter Conference.
    • Amy Vance, Galion; generous monetary donation of $20.  This donation will be submitted to Special Olympics from the BPA Winter Conference.
    • Angela Ventresca, Wharton; generous monetary donation of $20.  This donation will be submitted to Special Olympics from the BPA Winter Conference.
    • Jen White, Willard; generous monetary donation of $25.  This donation will be submitted to Special Olympics from the BPA Winter Conference.
    • Target, Take Charge of Education, Minneapolis, MN; generous monetary donaiton of $26.63.  This generous donation will be deposited in the Principal's fund to be used for various student activities.
    • Angie Burton, Tramec Sloan LLC, Iola, KS; generous monetary donation of $1,500 donation.  This donation will be used for the trailer for the Precision Machining Technologies Career Technical program.
    • Dawn Wright Smith, Wells Fargo Educational Matching Gifts Program, Iowa; generous monetary donation of  $121.98.  This generous donation was deposited into the Alumni Endowment fund which is used for student scholarships awarded annually to a Pioneer senior.
