Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the advisors attending authorized club activities away from Pioneer and Pioneer Satellite Schools be reimbursed for expenses in accordance with Board-adopted policy, for attending professional meetings, and that advisors to each club be paid according to the attached amounts.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following revisions to job descriptions be approved:

Accept Donations
Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following donations be accepted:
- Dr. Dewald, Mansfield; generous donation of a table saw and router with an approximate value of $800
- Steve Churburko, S.C. Machine, Greenwich; generous donation of various automation components with an approximate value of $2,500 to be used in various labs.
- Fraternal Order of Eagles #763, Shelby; generous monetary donation of $1,000 to be deposited into the Terry Winters Scholarship Fund.
- Don & Melissa Paullin, Shelby; generous monetary donation of $100 to be deposited into the Rene' Burtscher Scholarship Fund.

- Approve stipends for administrative personnel
- Accept retirement resignation of certificated personnel
- Approve salary adjustments of certificated personnel

- Approve supplemental contracts of certificated personnel
- Approve stipend contracts of certificated personnel
- Approve employment of substitute instructors.

APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF SHELBY
Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the agreement with the City of Shelby for the use of their "Jaws of Life" be approved.

APPROVE AFFILIATION AGREEMENT WITH NCSC
Recommendation of Gregory D. Nickoli that the affiliation agreement with NCSC be approved.
18.
ENTER INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION
Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the Board enter into Executive Session to consider the appointment, employment, dismissal, discipline, promotion, demotion or compensation of a public employee or official.
