    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that the Board approves Friday January 13, 2012 as one calamity day used for the 2011-2012 school year.

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that approval be given to Mid-Ohio Educational Service Center, 890 W. 4th Street, Mansfield, 44906; to use Pioneer Classroom W168 to house a DD (developmental disadvantaged) unit for the 2012-2013 school year; and approval be given to Crawford Waycraft Inc., 1650 Southern Avenue, Bucyrus, OH 44820 to use Pioneer Classroom 166 to house a DD (developmental disadvantaged) unit for the 2012-2013 school year.


    20. APPROVE EMPLOYMENT OF CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that employment of Julian & Grube, Inc., 333 County Line Road W., Westerville, to prepare the Pioneer Career and Technology Center's GAAP Basis BFS (Basic Financial Statements) for the year ending June 30, 2012 - June 30, 2014 for a cost of $4,900 annually, be adopted.


    21. ADOPT RESOLUTION OF RECOGNITION OF BYRON CARMEAN AWARD WINNER

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that donations as listed be accepted:

    • ArcelorMittal-Copperweld Shelby Division, 132 W. Main Street, Shelby; generous donation of 3,500 pounds of steel plate and drops to be used for educational purposes in our Welding Career Technical High School and Adult Education progams.
    • Knecht's Auto Recycling, 1644 Lincoln Hwy., Bucyrus; generous donation of 1999 Volvo truck to be used for educational purposes in our Industrial Diesel Career Technical High School program.
