    15.1 APPROVE PERSONNEL RECOMMENDATIONS

    Approve supplemental contracts for certificated personnel.

    • SETH WEIBEL, Culinary Arts Instructor, up to 100 hours at the per diem/per hour rate for banquet preparation outside the work day.

    Approve contracts for substitute instructors.

    15.2 APPROVE MEMBERSHIP IN PROFESSIONAL RELATED ORGANIZATIONS

    15.3 APPROVE BRICKER & ECKLER LLP AS LEGAL CONSULTANTS TO THE BOARD OF EDUCATION

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that employment of the law firm of Bricker & Eckler LLP, 100 S. Third Street, Columbus, OH 43215-4291 as legal consultants ot the Pioneer Career and Technology Center Board of Education; and Sylvia Gillis as our Construction Consultant, be approved.


    15.4 ACCEPT DONATIONS

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that donations as listed be accepted:

    • K & P Trucking Co., 3862 St. Rt. 103 S. Willard; generous donation of 1999 Freightliner truck to be used for educational purposes in our Industrial Diesel Career Technical program.

    15.5 APPROVE STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITVE EVENTS

    FFA CONFERENCE, Denver, CO - January 14 - January 21, 2012

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon to enter into Executive Session to discuss a personnel issue.


    16. ACCEPT RETIREMENT RESIGNATION

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon to accept retirement resignation of Treasurer Jerry A. Payne effective August 1, 2012.
