    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that employment of the law firm of Bricker & Eckler, LLP, 100 S. Third St., Columbus, OH 43215-4291, as legal consultants to the Pioneer Career and Technology Center Board of Education.


    2.4 Approve The Cullimore Law Firm as Construction Consultant

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that employment of Desmond Cullimore of The Cullimore Law Firm, 3664 Hickory Rock Drive, Powell, OH; as Construction consultant for the Pioneer Joint Vocational School District Board of Education, et. al v Vaughn Industries, et al, Case No. 2018 CV 0686; be approved.


    2.5 Adopt Resolution for Approval of Purchase of Meals/Amenities to Further the Interests of the District

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. NIckoli that the following donations be accepted:

    • Glenna Plotts, Mt. Gilead; generous monetary donation of $1,000 to be deposited into the Glenna R. Cannon Scholarship fund which is used for annual scholarship to a Pioneer senior.
    • Bill Nelson, Great Lakes Truck Centers, Mansfield; donation of 2011 Volvo Truck with a value of $16,225 (amended value).  This generous donation will be used for educational purposes in our Industrial Diesel Career Technical program.
