    2.3 APPROVE BRICKER & ECKLER, LLP AS LEGAL CONSULTANTS TO THE BOARD OF EDUCATION

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that employment of the law firm of Bricker & Eckler, LLP, 100 S. Third St., Columbus, OH 43215-4291, as legal consultants to the Pioneer Career and Technology Center Board of Education and Desmond Cullimore as our Construction consultant be approved.


    2.4 ADOPT RESOLUTION FOR APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF MEALS/AMENITIES TO FURTHER THE INTERESTS OF THE DISTRICT

    2.5 ACCEPT GRANTS

    2.6 ADOPT RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION FOR DONATION FROM RUTH STINE

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following donations be accepted:

    • Melvin "Art" Barr, Shelby; generous monetary donation of $100 to the Pioneer Penguin fund. This fund is used to provide needy students with gift cards during the Holiday Season.
    • Joyce Leimbach, Sandusky; generous monetary donation of $1,000 to the Leimbach Scholarship awarded annually to a Pioneer senior.
    • Mansfield Madison Mifflin AARP, Chapter 4637; generous monetary donation of $100 to the Performing Arts Career Technical program at Pioneer.
    • Karen Miller, Bucyrus; generous monetary donation of $250.  This donation will be used for the Adult Education STNA program.
    • NCO Regional Information Technology Alliance, Mansfield;generous monetary donation of $300 to the IT Support Career Technical program at Pioneer.
    • Donald Plotts, Mt. Gilead; generous monetary donation of $1,000 to the Donald L. Plotts scholarship awarded annually to a Pioneer senior.
