Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that we enter into Executive Session for the discussion of employment, promotion, or demotion of a public employee or official.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following personnel recommendations be approved:

• Approve employment of Certificated personnel.
• Approve extension of medical leave for Certificated personnel.
• Approve stipend contracts for Certificated personnel.
• Approve Substitute Instructor contracts.
• Accept resignation of Part-time Classified personnel.
• Approve employment of Part-Time Classified personnel.
• Approve Substitute Classified contracts.
• Approve employment of Adult Education personnel.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that we implement a Consent Agenda beginning with the March, 2017 Board of Education meeting scheduled for March 20, 2017.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that expenses for Pioneer Board members, administrators and respresentatives to attend the Pioneer Career and Technology Center's Annual Ralph Phillips Business Partner of the Year Dinner meeting, Wednesday, March 22, 2017 in accordance with Section 3315.15 ORC, be approved.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that expenes for Pioneer Board members, administrators and representatives to attend the Pioneer Career and Technology Center's Annual All Board Member/Administrator Dinner meeting, Thursday, April 6, 2017 in accordance with Section 3315.15 ORC, be approved.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that Douglas Theaker be appointed to serve as the Pioneer representative on the Richland County Tax Incentive Review Council for 2017.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the trevision to Policy 6650 - Scholarship Funds be approved to accept the additional scholarship funds:

• Jaycob D. Pearson Memorial Scholarship

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following donations be accepted:

• Kim Barnes, Shelby City Health Department, Shelby; generous monetary donation of $100 to Pioneer Preschool for advertising costs of the Kindergarten Fair.
• Crystal Escalera, Willard; generous monetary donation of $250 for the Francisco M. Fabela Memorial Scholarship fund.
• Gorman-Rupp Co., Mansfield; generous monetary donation of $350 to the Principal's fund.  This donation will be used for student activities.
• Kurt Lammon, President, Polyvance, Rainsville, AL; generous donation of a Nitrogen Plastic Welder with an approximate value of $5,000.  This welder will be used for educational purposes for our students in the Collision Repair Career Technical program.
• Anthony Nickolaou, Mansfield; generous donation of musical equipment including: Guitar, Guitar Stand, Mahar Electric Guitar, Pearl hi-hats, Mapex hi-hats, Zildjian ZXT hi-hats, Sabian BB splash, Sabian 14" & 16" crash, and a Mapex snare with a value of $410.  This equipment will be used for educational purposes in our Performing Arts Career Technical program
• Dawn Wright-Smith, Wells Fargo Community Support Campaign, St. Paul. MN; generous monetary donation of $70 to the Pioneer Alumni fund which will be used for student scholarships.
