Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that we move into Exectuive Session for the purpose  to consider the employment, promotion, or demotion of a public employee or official.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following personnel recommendations be approved:

• Approve Supplemental contracts of certificated personnel.
• Approve Stipend contracts of certificated personnel.
• Approve employment of Substitute instructors
• Approve employment of Substitute classified personnel.
• Approve employment of Adult Education instructors.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that expenses for Pioneer Board members, administrators and representatives to attend the Pioneer Career and Technology Center's Annual Ralph Phillips Business Partner of the Year Dinner meeting, Wednesday, March 16, 2016 in accordance with Section 3315.15 ORC, be approved.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. NIckoli that expenses for Pioneer Board members, administrators and representatives to attend the Pioneer Career and Technology Center's Annual All Board Member/Administrator Dinner meeting, Thursday, April 7, 2016, in accordance with section 3315.15 ORC, be approved.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. NIckoli that Douglas Theaker be appointed to serve as the Pioneer representative on the Richland County Tax Incentive Review Council for 2016.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the revision to Policy 6650 - Scholarship Funds be accepted to accept the additional scohlarship funds:

• Glenna R. Cannon Excellence in Non-Traditional Field Scholarship fund
• Gorman Family Scholarships fund

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following donations be accepted:

• Azdec, Inc., Cafe' on Main & Catering, Mansfield; generous monetary donation of $200.  This donation will be used to support our Culinary Arts student at ProStart competition.
• ArcelorMittal Tubular Products, Dane Smith, Plant Mgr., Randy Hiler, Plant 2 Superintendent & Jim Hipsher, Shelby; generous donation of two 4" x .250 x 20' tubing with a value of $60.  This tubing will be used for parking lot poles at Pioneer.
• Mid Ohio Sports Car Club, Inc., Mansfield; generous monetary donation of $300. This generous donation will be deposited into the Principal's fund to help sponsor various student activities.
• Dawn Wright-Smith Wells Fargo Community Support, St. Paul, MN; generous monetary donation of $70.  This donation will be deposited into the Pioneer Alumnni fund which is used for annual scholarships for a Pioneer senior.
