    10. APPROVE PERSONNEL RECOMMENDATIONS

    Recommendation of Supeirntendent Glenna R. Cannon that the following personnel recommendations be approved:

    • Approve employment of Interim Administrative personnel.
    • Approve supplemental contracts for certificated personnel.
    • Approve stipend contracts for certificated personnel.
    • Approve employment of substitute instructors.
    • Approve employment of Adult Education instructors.

     

     


    11. ADOPT RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION FOR SUPERINTENDENT GLENNA R. CANNON

    12. APPROVE REVISION TO LOCAL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
    Mr. Howard Koons, Board President

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that Martin Dzugan be approved to complete Mary Lee Barr's term on the Local Professional Development Commitee commencing January 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016.


    13. ADOPT REVISION TO THE SECTION 125 FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PLAN FOR PIONEER CAREER AND TECHNOLOGY CENTER FOR SECTION 125 FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PLAN

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that revisions to the Section 125 Flexible Fringe Benefits plan for the employees of Pioneer Career and Technology Center to be effective on January 1, 2015.


    14. APPROVE REVISION TO HOURLY PAY SCHEDULE

    15. APPROVE DATE OF ORGANIZATIONAL & REGULAR JANUARY BOARD OF EDUCATION MEETING

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that the meeting date for the January Board of Education Organizational and Regular meetings be changed to on or before Thursday, January 15, 2015 at 7 pm in the Pioneer Career and Technology Center Board of Education conference room; in accordance with ORC 3313.14.

     


    16. ELECT BOARD PRESIDENT PRO-TEM FOR THE JANUARY 2015 ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon and motion made by Tom Clutter; seconded by Dennis Long that Howard Koons be elected President Pro-Tem for the January Board of Education Organizational meeting until the new Board of Education President is elected.

    19. APPROVE THE DEDICATION OF THE GLENNA R. CANNON ADMINISTRATIVE CENTER

    Recommendation of Board President Howard A. Koons; in honor of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon's 28 years of dedcation and service to Pioneer Career and Technology Center; that the Central Entrance be renamed and dedicated as:

    "Glenna R. Cannon Administrative Center"

    In recognition of Superintendent Cannon's vision and leadership throughout her tenure at Pioneer Career and Technology Center.


    20. APPROVE SPECIAL MEETING DATE FOR HIRING OF SUPERINTENDENT

    Motion made by Bill Hope, seconded by Dennis Leader; that a special board meeting be held Monday, December 22 at 7:00 pm in the Pioneer Career and Technology Center Board of Education Conference Room for the purpose of hiring of Superintendent.
