Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that the temporary appropriations as presented by Treasurer Jerry Payne, be approved.

• Approve employment of Certificated personnel.
• Approve In-Service Education Workshop of Certificated personnel.
• Approve Supplemental contracts for Certificated personnel.
• Approve Certificated Prep Day pay for 2012-2013.
• Approve Professional Development/New Technology Extended Services contracts for Certificated personnel.
• Approve Stipend contracts for Certificated personnel.
• Accept resignation of Classified personnel.
• Approve employment of Classified personnel.
• Approve employment of Adult Education instructor.
• Approve Supplemental contracts for Adult Education personnel.

Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon, that donations, as listed, be accepted:

• Adena Corporation, 1310 West Fourth Street, Mansfield; generous donation of labor and materials for the masonry block work done to complete the new Pioneer sign on Ryan Road.
• Cornell's IGA, 140 Mansfield Avenue, Shelby; generous donation of $25 gift certificate towards the Pioneer student and staff cookout held June 1, 2012.
• Gordon Food Service, 333 50th Street, Grand Rapids, MI; generous donation of 6 cases of hamburger patties for the Pioneer student and staff cookout held June 1, 2012.
• Nickles Bakery, 194 Park Ave. East, Mansfield; generous donation of 15 dozen hamburger buns for the Pioneer student and staff cookout held June 1, 2012.
