    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. NIckoli that the attached calendars be adopted for the 2023-2024 school year.

    4.4 Accept Donations
    Mr. Douglas Theaker, Board President

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following donations be accepted:

    • Jacob Bush, Celeryville Christian School, Willard; generous monetary donation of $160 to pay student costs to attend BPA State Conference in March in Columbus, OH.
    • Bob Halsey, Galion; generous donation of various tools with an approximate value of $1,000.  These tools will be used in our Transportation labs.
    • Debra & Ernie Sallee, Shelby; generous monetary donation of $50 for the Robert Janca Scholarship fund.  This donation will be used towards annual student scholarships.
    • Margie Sebrell, Galion; generous donation of clothing items with an estimated value of $100; to be used for the Pioneer Sharing Closet for students in need.
    • Dawn Wright-Smith, Blackbaud Giving Fund, Charleston, SC; generous monetary donation of $30.  This donation will be deposited in the Alumni endowment fund and used for annual student scholarships.

    4.5 Approve Student Participation in Competitive Events

    • DECA International Career Development Conference, April 22-26, 2023; Orange County Convention Center, Orlando, FL
      • BUCYRUS HS STUDENTS:  Noah Burke, Marketing; Chris Neale, Marketing; Maddison McDaniel, Marketing & Media Communications; Ella Moyer, Marketing and Media Communications; Ella Hoover, Marketing; and Adacyn Rister, Marketing.  CHAPERONES:  Jody Tackett, Marketing Instructor/DECA Advisor and Jeff Funigiello, Media Communications Instructor/DECA Advisor.
    • BPA National Leadership Conference, April 25-30, 2023; Anaheim, CA
      • STUDENTS:  Gabriel Melvin, IT Support, Home Schooled; Devon Fallen, CyberSecurity, Galion HS and Brice Browning, CyberSecurity; Celeryville Christian.  CHAPERONE:  Dan Foss, CyberSecurity Instructor/BPA Advisor.

    • Approve employment of Administrative personnel.

    • Accept retirement resignation of Classified personnel.
    • Approve Leave without Pay for Classified personnel.

    16. APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH SHILOH MEDICAL SERVICES AND PIONEER ADULT EDUCATION
