    4.2 Approve Annual Ralph Phillips Business Partner of the Year Dinner

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that expenses for Pioneer board members, administrators and representatives to attend the Pioneer Career and Technology Center's Ralph Phillip's Business Partner of the Year Dinner meeting to be held on Wednesday, March 18, 2020 in accordance with Section 3315.15 ORC, be approved.


    4.3 Approve Annual All Board Member / Administrator Dinner

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that expenses for Pioneer board members, administrators and representatives to attend the Pioneer Career and Technology Center's Annual All Board Member/Administrators Dinner meeting to be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2020 in accordance with Section 3315.15 ORC, be approved.


    4.4 Approve Appointment of Richland County Tax incentive Review

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. NIckoli that Douglas Theaker be appointed to the Richland County Tax Incentive Review Committee.


    4.5 Accept Donations

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory Nickoli that the following donations be accepted:

    • Dawn Wright Smith, Wells Fargo Community Support Campaign, Plano, TX; generous monetary donation of $105.  This donation will be deposited into the Alumni fund which is used for student scholarships awarded to a Pioneer senior.
    • Your Cause, LLC; Wells Fargo Foundation Educational Matching Gifts, Plano, TX; generous monetary donation of $105.  This donation will be deposited into the Alumni fund which is used for student scholarships awarded to a Pioneer senior.

    4.6 Approve Student Participation in Competitive Events
