    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following personnel recommendations be approved:

    • Approve employment of Substitute Classified staff
    • Approve employment of Adult Education staff.

    16. APPROVE CHANGE OF PROGRAM NAME FOR CAREER TECHNICAL PROGRAM

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. NIckoli that the change of program name be approved for the following Career Technical program beginning with the 2017-2018 school year:

    • Food Science to Meat and Animal Science for the 2017-2018 school year.

    17. ACCEPT GRANTS

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the folloiwng grants be accepted:

    • Carl D. Perkins - $288,727.86
    • Improving Teacher Quality - $3,719.36
    • High Schools That Work -  $4,000
    • Public School Preschool - $88,000

    18. ADOPT RESOLUTIONS OF SUPPORT FOR PARTNER SCHOOL TAX LEVIES

    19. ACCEPT DONATIONS

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following donations be accepted:

    • The Actuarial Foundation; generous donation of classroom set of Building Your Future, supplemental financial literacy currciulum resource with an approximate value of $514.
    • Anonymous; generous donation of $23 to Pioneer Student Services.  This generous donation will be used for student needs.
    • Central Ohio Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, LLC, Mansfield; generous monetary donation of $500. This donation was used for purchase of t-shirts for students and staff for the Community Day Service Project.
    • K & P Trucking, LLC, Willard; generous monetary donation of $750.  This generous donation will be used to pay for bump caps used in the Industrial Diesel Career Teachnical program.
    • Zara Construction , Inc., Mansfield; generous monetary donation of $500.  This donation was used for purchase of t-shirts for students and staff for the Community Day Service Project.

    20. APPROVE STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITIVE EVENTS

    FFA NATIONAL CONVENTION, October 19-22, 2016, Indianapolis, IN
