Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following personnel recommendations be approved:

• Approve employment of Substitute instructors.
• Approve employment of Substitute classified personnel.
• Approve employment of Adult Education instructors.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. NIckoli that employmnet of the law firm of Bricker & Eckler, LLP, 100 S. Third St., Columubs, OH 43215-4291, as legal consultants to the Pioneer Career and Technology Center board of Education and Sylvia Gillis as our Construction consultant be approved.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following insurance policy be adopted for Cyber Liability.

• Hamilton Insurance Services

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following donations be accepted:

• Glenna Plotts, Mt. Gilead, OH; generous monetary donation of $1,000 to the Glenna R. Cannon Scholarship fund.  This donation will be used for annual scholarship awarded to a Pioneer senior.
• Joyce Leimbach, Sandusky, OH ; generous monetary donation of $5,000 to the Gale & Joyce Leimbach Scholarship fund.  This donation will be used for annual scholarship awarded to a Pioneer senior.
• Jennifer Morris, General Motors Company, Troy, MI; generous donation of a 2011 Chevrolet Cruze with a value of $5,582.50.  This generous donation will be used for educational purposes in our Automotive Technology Career Technical program.
• Charlie Craig, Ohio Health, Mansfield; generous donation of ten (10) hospital beds with a value of $3,750.  These beds will be used in our Medical Technologies, Health Assistant Career Technical program and Adult Education Health programs.

Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following resolutions of appreciate for donations be adopted:

• Resolution 04-16 - Joyce Leimbach donation $5,000 to Gale J. Leimbach Scholarship fund
• Resolution 05-16 - General Motors of Troy - donation of 2011 Chevrolet Cruz
