    15. APPROVE PERSONNEL RECOMMENDATIONS
    Mr. Howard Koons, Board President

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. Nickoli that the following personnel recommendations be approved:

    • Approve Stipend contracts for Certificated personnel.
    • Accept resignation of classified personnel.
    • Approve employment of Substitute Instructor
    • Approve employment of Adult Education instructors

    16. ACCEPT DONATIONS

    Recommendation of Superintendent Gregory D. NIckoli that the following donations be accepted:

    • Coastal Enterprise, Chuck Miller, Orange, CA; generous donation of precision foam boards valued at approximately $200.  This donation will be used in Mr. Madison's Industrial Technology classes.
    • ArcelorMittal, Mark Friebel and Matt Smedley, Shelby, OH; generous donation of steel pipe and plate weighing approximately 1,600 lbs.  This steel will be used for educational purposes in our High School and Adult Education Welding programs.
    • Gorman-Rupp Company, Travis Porter, Mansfield, OH; geneorus donation of steel sheet metal and plate weiging approximately 12,534 lbs.  This steel sheet metal and plate will be used for educational purposes in our High School and Adult Education Welding programs.
    • Dawn Wright, Wells Fargo Community Support Campaign, St. Paul, MN; generous donation of $70.  This donation will be deposited in the Alumni fund to be used for annual student scholarships.
