    • Accept retirement resignation of Administrative personnel.

    • Approve Professional Development/New Technology extended time supplemental contracts for certificated personnel.
    • Approve supplemental contracts of certificated personnel.

    23. ACCEPT DONATIONS

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that the following donations be accepted:

    • Ms. Kathleen Bauman, Mansfield; generous donation of $85.90 toward student costs to atttend the BPA National Leadership Academy held in Indianapolis, IN.
    • Ms. Ann Pfister, Galion; generous donation of $25 toward student costs to attend the American Association Leadership Conference.
    • Ms. Lou Ann Schroeder, You-Name-It Custom Apparel, Shelby; generous donation of six-station silk screen press, flash cure unit, silk screen chemicals/supplies and rolls of heat set vinyl valued at approximately $3,500. This equipment will be used for educational purposes in our Graphic Arts Career Technical program.
    • Mr. & Mrs. Ron Spon, Mansfield; generous monetary donation of $100 toward student costs to attend the BPA National Leadership Academy held in Indianapolis, IN.
    • Target, Take Charge of Education, Minneapolis, MN; generous monetary donation of $170.23 to the principal's fund.  These monies will be used for student activities throughout the school year.
    • Clay Thompson, Imasen Bucyrus Technology Inc., Bucyrus; generous donation of IB-Tech Conveyor valued at approximately $250.  This conveyor will be used for educational purposes in our Industrial Electricity Career Technical program.
    • Wells Fargo Foundation, Princetown, NJ; generous monetary donation of $38.52 to the Pioneer Alumni Association.
