    15. APPROVE PERSONNEL RECOMMENDATIONS

    Recommendation of Supeirntendent Glenna R. Cannon that the following personnel recommendations be approved:

    • Accept retirement resignations of certificated personnel.
    • Approve stipend contracts of certificated personnel.
    • Approve Professional Dev./New Technology Extended Service for certificated personnel.
    • Approve employment of substitute classifed personnel.
    • Approve employment of Adult Education instructors.

    16. ADOPT RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AMOUNTS AND RATES OF TAXES

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that additional monies as listed below be accepted:

    • Improving Teacher Quality Grant - $2,384.18

    18. ACCEPT DONATIONS
    Mr. Howard Koons, Board President

    Recommendation of Superintendent Glenna R. Cannon that the following donations be accepted:

    • Clay Thompson, Imasen Bucyrus Technology Inc., Bucyrus; generous donation of a Conveyor Belt system with an approximate value of $250 to be used for training purposes in our Industrial Electricity Career Tech program.
    • Brandon Hall, Gorman Rupp Company, Mansfield; generous monetary donation of $1,500 to go towards trailer for the Precision Machining Career Technical program.
    • Parrella's Auto & Truck Repair, Crestline; generous donation of two rocker panels and two cab corners with an estimated value of $156.  These items will be used to restore the Pioneer S10 pickup truck being restored through our Collision Repair Career Technical program.

    19. APPROVE STUDENT PARTICIPATION IN COMPETITIVE EVENTS
